Planeo

Terms of use

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Planeo (https://planeo.one), run by Davide, an individual based in the United Kingdom. By using Planeo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The service

Planeo lets you create trips, invite friends, share preferences and get a suggested plan. Creating plans is free. There are no paid placements: places are suggested on merit only. We may add optional paid features or booking links in future; plans will stay free.

Plans are suggestions

Plans are generated automatically from public information (mainly Google) and an AI model. Opening hours, prices, availability and accessibility can be wrong or change. Please check anything important with the venue before you go, especially allergies and dietary requirements, and use your own judgement about safety.

Your account and content

  • You must be 16 or over and give a real email address.
  • Keep your account secure; you're responsible for what happens in it.
  • You keep ownership of what you add (trip names, preferences, notes). You let us store and process it to run Planeo, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Only invite people who would be happy to be invited, and only share a plan link with people the group is happy to share it with.

Acceptable use

Don't use Planeo to break the law, harass anyone, add offensive content, try to access other people's data, overload or attack the service, or scrape or resell content from it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Google content

Place information and maps come from Google. Their use is subject to the Google Maps terms of service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Planeo is a young product. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features. If we close Planeo, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

Liability

Planeo is provided free and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by information from third parties (such as incorrect opening hours or prices). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Planeo at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@planeo.one.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.
